A lot of our recent commissions have come from the education sector. It's the start of a new school year and whilst all the pupils are in fresh, clean uniforms it's the perfect time to refresh the school image bank and to prepare the new school prospectus.
More often than not a school chooses pupils that will provide longevity to the images, so whenever we schedule our school photography we look at choosing pupils from the early years of the school life unless of course, they hold a sixth form year.
It was my great pleasure to work with Prenton High School for Girls recently to capture their fabulous facilities and talented students. I'm always greatly impressed with the teachers' who are dedicated to providing engaging and stimulating lessons to encourage students to study for longer and retain more knowledge.
I can honestly say it wasn't like this when I was in school, makes me feel like I could've done something decent in education if I'd gotten some of this modern educational thinking.
