The GHP experience

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate it.

While you're waiting to hear back from me, here's a link to my portfolio, and the infographic below walks you through exactly what to expect along the way.

From first contact to delivering your project

Infographic: Greg Harding Photography and Video's 12-step process, from first contact and an estimate, through briefing, the shoot, post-production and your review, to image sign-off and download.

How each step works

  1. Get in touch. Fill in the contact form and I'll come back to you quickly.
  2. A meet-up or call. We talk through your project so I understand your business, your sector, and what you actually need the images for.
  3. You get an estimate. Once I know the brief, I send a clear quote. When you're happy with it, we lock in a shoot date that fits your deadlines.
  4. Finalising the brief. Before the shoot, I work with you to shape the creative approach, so the day itself runs to a plan rather than getting figured out on the spot.
  5. On the day. I run through the brief with you and anyone else involved, so everyone knows what's happening and what's expected of them.
  6. During the shoot. You're part of the process. I keep you involved in shaping and approving shots as I go.
  7. Post-production. I need three to five working days to process everything I've captured and get it ready for your marketing use. A faster turnaround is available for an extra cost if you're against a deadline.
  8. Selecting the best images. I pick the strongest images against the brief and load them into a password-protected online gallery for you to review.
  9. Your review. You look through the gallery and tell me what you think. If anything needs retouching, we agree the changes, and any additional cost, before I start.
  10. Sign-off. Once you're happy with everything, including any revisions, the images are signed off.
  11. Download. I open the download facility on the gallery so you can pull the finished, high-resolution images straight to your computer and start using them.
  12. That's it. I send an invoice for the completed work. Your gallery stays live for a month after sign-off before it's archived, so if you ever lose a file, I can send it again.
